NATURELAB (English)

Translation:

What is NATURELAB?

NATURELAB is an international research project where we study the effect of nature on wellbeing and resilience. In Amsterdam Southeast NATURELAB takes place in green locations like the Gardens of Brasa.

Participants will take part in different activities in nature, like:

  • Observing and sensory exercises (seeing, hearing, feeling)
  • Light movement
  • Creative activities
  • Being outdoors together in a small group

The researchteam allocates every participant into two groups: group A and group B. This way we can research what works best for whom.

Personal information remains anonymous. Privacy and a safe, respectful atmosphere are key. For more information on this project and privacy, see our information letter and privacy statement.
